Lip Poppers By T.A.P Beauty. LLC was created in February 2021 in Atlanta, Georgia, with three members, a grandmother along with her two granddaughters ages 9 and 5 years old. The name "Lip Poppers" was thought of by the oldest granddaughter back in 2018. So with their love for wearing fruity and sweet-smelling lip gloss, we decided to invent our lip products using all-natural and clean ingredients that are cruelty-free for all ages from little girls to adults.
